The perspective here is great. I almost find myself worrying about whether or not the camera is wet from sitting in that puddle. That being said, you captured the sun at a great moment, just dipping into the clouds with its rays dying slowly into the surrounding sky. The reflection from the puddle is something as well. The cool blue of the sky and the shadows really frame the warm orange and yellow of the light source really well.

Nothing to complain about. I try to find some kind of emotion being presented here but I'm coming up blank. Though I feel that I have to say that there is an interesting contrast with the amazing background and the mundane silhouettes of the rider, bicycles, and farm-implement-thing.
