Welcome to the second issue of DDevious Suggester, this time featuring Ellen.
Why did you started suggesting?The idea popped out in my mind back in July last year, when I met `OneFreeInternet for the first time (she was still a GM). I read her DD suggestion guide and I liked the idea of suggesting because of it (altough I was bit scared of her.
). A few months after, my friend ~Miss-Heart got her first DD suggestion accepted,and I also met `Hellobaby, so, due to their influence, I truly started considering the idea of becoming a DD suggester. A few days after,I saw this work 
and I thought: "This need to be a DD!". I need to suggest it! And after that I started liking it and never stopped suggesting then! How did you become aware of the Daily Deviations?In June 2009 or so, I think... 'till there I didn't even know or cared about those works on the bottom of my message center's page, but then, one day, I saw *StellaB's work there (she's one of the people I love and admire the most here on dA... I know her work since even before joining here as a deviant
) and I said to myself: "Oh look! It's Stella's work there!" And I went to her page and saw that she wrote a journal about the DD she had just got,so, after I read it, and through other's comments and stuff, I finally started understanding what the DD's were really about. 
What do you aim to achieve with suggesting?I try suggesting works with a less exposure (always under 1500 favorites! I hardly ever suggest works with more than this) and artists that have 'till 3 or 4 DD's. More than this, I often just look and say: "Wonderful, but you already have enough DD's, dear.
". I also look for awesome artists that are unknown, because everyone needs love,right? Had you ever thought of being a Gallery Moderator?Of course yes!
I've been telling ~Miss-Heart that I wanna be a GM for such a loooong time... but,well,'till a few months ago,it was nothing but a dream. I always thought I wouldn't be able to, even if I wanted to. but now,that I'm a DD suggester and some people have told me already I could be a good GM, I started out believing a little bit more in myself
By the way,since we're talking about this, I'd love to be a manga/anime GM.
How do you suggest?The good old way,notes.
I like them more, and besides everytime I go and note a GM I can also take the opportunity to check out their page and see how they're goin' and their newest works and journals and everything. 
What was the best moment you have had 'cause of suggesting DDs?Hard to tell,there were so much of them... But if I had to choose,I'd say... First, the first time ever I saw a suggestion of mine selected, this one:
(altough the first one wasn't this one, instead was 
, I didn't get to know about this suggestion of mine that got selected 'till a month after of so... yes, at those times I wasn't used to check out everyday the DD's page, like now 
). The second was when I got to know that my suggestion of *tealgeezus's work would get featured. I totally love her and her work, and I also watch her for a long time, so I was so happy that I'd be able make this surprise for her! 
The third was when ^rydi1689's work I suggested got featured... well... this was so wonderful for me that I don't have words to express my happiness. But I'll tell almost cried of joy, for real. 
Rydi is so sweet. I love her. <33 Where do you search/find pictures to suggest?In any places you can think of. I look at other's favorites, in groups (they're an awesome place to look at when you want to find art to suggest, I'll tell you
), and at other's journals or news that are making art features. I also like browsing dA when I wanna look for art about certain subjects/films/books/whatever. 
How many deviations have you roughly suggested and how many have been accepted?By the time I'm typing this, I have 730 works suggested and 71 featured. Probably, when I finish typing, the number of suggestions will get increased, because I suggest all the time. And when I mean all the time,it's seriously ALL THE TIME.

And to you all, guys never give up suggesting. If a suggestion of yours don't get accepted, still keep going and suggesting. See me, if you think about it, only 1/10 of my suggestions, in fact,got accepted, but I won't ever give up because of this. You know why? Because I love seeing other people being happy. Making someone's day always make my day as well, and will surely make yours, too, if you keep up suggesting.

I've been on dA for about a year and a half now and always thought about suggesting a DD, but I've never seen anything that I wanted to suggest. I finally came across one that I thought was absolutely stunning [link] and suggested it for a DD. It's the only one I've suggested so far, but I'd be thrilled to see it featured.
