This is a lovely shot. The use of the macro hasn't been used to its full potential though, I think if the focal point had been at the front then the impact of the image would have been a lot stronger.

The technique used is good despite it being out there so much, but this piece is a lot more unique because the background has been blured, the iso could also be higher possibly 600.

i do love the use of the macro as you have a very good quality image here and the colours are so rich and vary alot <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Smile)"/>

But all in all i do love this picture, you use a very good technique and i do see room for improvement which i have said about focusing at the front and let the focal go out into the background.
